GeometrAI is a geometry learning app. We don't run accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and we (the developer) don't receive any data about you.
Your progress, settings, the problems you ask about and their lessons are stored only on your device. Your AI key, if you add one, is stored in the device Keychain.
If a parent adds their own API key for an AI service (xAI, OpenAI or Anthropic), then when the student asks the tutor about a problem, the app sends that problem — the typed text and/or the photo they choose, plus the geometry figure — directly from the device to that service, using that key, so it can explain the problem. It isn't sent to us. That service's own privacy policy applies to what it receives. Without a key, nothing leaves the device.
If you share a lesson, the app creates a file containing the lesson, its figure and the problem photo (not your typed message), and you choose where to send it.
The app has no accounts and collects no personal information. The AI tutor is off until a parent adds a key.
