Do I need an account or a key? No. Every topic, example, practice problem and the Sandbox work offline with no account. Only the optional AI tutor needs an API key.
How do I turn on the AI tutor? A parent opens Settings (the gear on the home screen), chooses a provider (xAI Grok, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude), pastes their own API key, and taps Test connection. The key is stored in the phone's Keychain.
What does the tutor say? It never writes its own sentences. It speaks only in sentences from the app's own phrasebook (Settings → "What the tutor can say") and short math that the app checks.
How do I share a lesson? Finish a tutor lesson, tap the share button, and send the file. A friend with GeometrAI taps it to open the lesson.
